A: No, this is not okay. We apologize for any inconvenience but we cannot commit to storing vehicles for extended periods of time. We do not have the storage capacity to do so. Q: How do I know if I will receive my vehicle?
A: Unlike Ebay we 100% guarantee you will receive your vehicle unless an act of nature or which is totally out of our control.We advise you take out insurance on your item.

A: No. All our information is strictly confidential.

A: Yes, Customer service is always available to answer questions regarding items for sale. We also document all questions regarding vehicles for reference purposes. All questions must be asked prior to agreement of purchase

Q: What does Bill of Sale only mean?
A: It means that no title will be issued from us, and we will be unable to help you get a title for.

Q: You wont answer my calls, why?
A: We get a large volume around certain times, please leave a message and a representative will get back to you.

Q: When can I pick it up
A: You can pick it up during our normal business hours. Those hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. We are not open on Sundays.

A: Yes, We can pick up your CAR, BOAT, TRUCK, TRAILER, BIKE. from anywhere in the USA.

Q: Do I do the USA paperwork, or can you?
A: We handle all USA customs and export paperwork.

Q: Do you pack the container?
A: Yes, We have experts pack the container it is then shipped to the port of your location.

Q: I Have been told for Australia there is no customs duty on vehicles over 30 years and that they can be driven left hand drive?
A: Yes, That is true only 10% GST applies. Yes The vehicle can be driven left hand drive. Vehicles over 1978 CANNOT ....Only in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
