Q: How do I know if I will receive my vehicle?
A: Unlike Ebay we 100% guarantee you will receive your vehicle unless an act of nature or which is totally out of our control.We advise you take out insurance on your item.

Q: I would like to talk to the previous owner. Can you give me his/her contact info?
A: No. All our information is strictly confidential.

Q: Will you call me? I would like to talk to someone about a vehicle you have for sale.
A: Yes, Customer service is always available to answer questions regarding items for sale. We also document all questions regarding vehicles for reference purposes. All questions must be asked prior to agreement of purchase

Q: What does Bill of Sale only mean?
A: We have just sold you a car/boat/bike etc.

Q: You wont answer my calls, why?
A: We get a large volume around certain times, please leave a message and a representative will get back to you.

Q: When can I pick it up
A: You can pick it up during our normal business hours. Those hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. We are not open on Sundays.

Q: Can you pick up my car?
A: Yes, We can pick up your CAR, BOAT, TRUCK, TRAILER, BIKE. from anywhere in the USA.

A: NO,Sorry shipping companys will take care of that.

Q: I Have been told for Australia there is no customs duty on vehicles over 30 years and that they can be driven left hand drive?
A: Yes, That is true only 10% GST applies. Yes The vehicle can be driven left hand drive. Vehicles over 1978 CANNOT ....Only in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Q:Can you sell me parts of the car you are selling?
A: No, we do not part out vehicles. We are not a wrecking yard. These's are for sale as a whole. But we can get you the classic car parts you need seperatley. Just email us with the specifics
